Statler's Cafe was a small diner in Fairvale. Ralph Statler purchased it from Harvey Leach and had owned it for seven years at the time of Emma Spool's disappearance. Emma Spool was working at the Cafe as a waitress before Statler bought the business. He remembered that she had never been late or absent in all the intervening years.
The Cafe's other principle waitress was named Myrna.
